Making macaroni frames is a rite of passage for every elementary schooler. Here, it serves as the literal framework for a visual art autobiography. Sketched during a calculus class I was definitely engaged in, I built depth with watercolor washes and loving inked every last carbohydrate in those pastas. Features a baby photo, a paper-burger-art-thing I still have somewhere in my room, and my dear cat looking oh-so-dapper in plaid.
